What should I do if I am late for my appointment?
Even if you are late for the start time, you can use the rental car until the return time.
Do I need to refuel the car when I return it?
When returning your rental car, please return it with a full tank of gas.
If the car is not refueled, you will be charged for the additional fuel at a later date by the rental store.
