(hereinafter referred to as "our company") is a project that only Uqey members can participate in. Please read these application terms and conditions carefully before applying for this service. Members who apply for this service (hereinafter referred to as "applicants") are deemed to have agreed to the following contents at the time of application. These application terms and conditions are the contents of the agreement between the applicant and our company regarding this service.

<Qualification for application>
18 years or older
For those who live in Japan
Those who are willing to answer a questionnaire regarding the use of this app, etc.

<Role of the applicant>
We will contact all applicants with instructions on how to install this app. Applicants will be asked to use this app and answer the app's questionnaire (estimated to take about 3 minutes) or interview. We will request these questionnaires or interviews each time by email or notification within the Uqey app, so please answer them. The answers you provide may be used for the development of future products and services, or as content.

<About the questionnaire and interview>
We will ask you to complete a web survey or an online interview (ZOOM or Teams). You will be asked to answer questions about the reason and purpose for using the app, your impressions of using the app, etc. We may ask you to answer multiple times, not just once. You cannot change answers you have already answered. Please answer within the period specified in advance. Those who answer the survey will receive a coupon that can be used on the Uqey app. We may send a confirmation email to applicants who do not respond at least once within the response period.

<Monitor recruitment period>

<Rental car rental period>

<Handling of personal information>
We will not disclose or leak to any third party any information about the contents of surveys or interviews that we may learn in relation to your participation in this service. By applying for this project, you are deemed to have agreed to our privacy policy.

In addition to the provisions set forth in these Terms and Conditions, the Uqey Terms of Use and the Uqey Delivery (Beta) Terms of Use also apply to this Service.
