The Uqey Delivery (Beta) Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the "Individual Terms") stipulate the terms of use of the delivery service (hereinafter referred to as the "Delivery Service") that is being developed by Tokai Rika Denki Seisakusho Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") for Uqey, which is provided by the Company. If the name or content of the service is changed for any reason, this includes the changed service.

Article 1 (Definition)

The definitions of terms used in these Individual Terms and Conditions shall be the same as those used in the Uqey Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms and Conditions"), unless otherwise specified in these Individual Terms and Conditions.

Article 2 (About these Individual Terms)

1. These Individual Terms and Conditions shall apply to all relationships arising from the use of the Delivery Service, together with these Terms and Conditions, and shall be treated as a single unit with these Terms and Conditions. By using the Delivery Service, you agree to both these Terms and Conditions and these Individual Terms and Conditions. 
2. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and the Individual Terms, the contents of the Individual Terms shall take precedence. 
3. For any matters not specified in these Individual Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions shall apply. 

Article 3 (Function of Delivery Service)

1. Members can reserve rental cars through the smartphone application software (hereinafter referred to as "Uqey Delivery") provided by the Company when providing the delivery service. 
2. The Member may dispatch a rental vehicle to a location designated by the Member or by the Operator, and the location where the Member picks up the vehicle may be registered on Uqey Delivery as the "point of departure" under Article 9 of these Terms and Conditions. 
3. The Member may register on Uqey Delivery the same location as the "departure point" or a location designated by the Member, or a location designated by the Operator as the "return location" under Article 10 of these Terms and Conditions, as the location where the Operator will pick up the returned rental vehicle. 
4. In the preceding two and three paragraphs, the Operator may change the departure and return locations if the locations are roads, public facilities, commercial facilities, locations outside the vehicle delivery area displayed on Uqey Delivery, or other locations that the Operator deems inappropriate as vehicle pick-up locations. 

Article 4 (Our responsibility) 

1. Our company may change the specifications of the delivery service, the name, content, functions, design, etc. of the service without prior notice to the member. The member may not raise any objections to such measures taken by our company, and our company shall not be held liable for any damages incurred by the member as a result of such measures. 
2. Due to the nature of the beta version service, Uqey Delivery is provided as a service that may contain bugs, defects, malfunctions, and other defects that may prevent the service from operating normally. We do not provide any kind of guarantees, including the accuracy, continuity, completeness, and reliability of Uqey Delivery, its usefulness, availability, availability, security protection, error-freeness, virus-freeness, quality satisfaction, and suitability for a particular purpose of the member, and we are not liable for any damages suffered by members and other third parties due to these. 
3. The Company is not obligated to improve Uqey Delivery or provide an updated version of Uqey Delivery to the Member. However, at the Company's discretion, the Company may provide an updated version of Uqey Delivery to the Member. Furthermore, the Company does not guarantee that such updates will maintain the functions and performance of Uqey Delivery prior to the update. 

Article 5 (Discontinuation of Delivery Service) 

We reserve the right to discontinue all or part of the delivery service at any time at our discretion without prior notice to members, without obtaining prior consent from members.
