About account registration

How do I register for an account?

You can register for a free account on the “New Registration” page of the Uqey App or Uqey website login screen.

What do I need to register an account?

An email address and cell phone number are required.

A driver's license and credit card are also required to use the service.

When can I start using the service after applying for an account?

The service is available immediately after account registration is completed. However, you will need to register your driver's license and credit card to use the service.

Can I change my account information?

Can I register Uqey with the international driver's license?

Uqey now offers service to international driver's license holders.

How are payments and billing handled?
