After I register an account, when can I start using the service?

Can I change my account information?

Can I register an overseas mobile phone number?

When registering an account, you can also register an overseas mobile phone number. To register, go to the mobile phone number field on the customer information input screen, select your country, enter your mobile phone number, and then register.

Can I pay at a convenience store?

When is the coupon valid for?

However, please note that if the coupon has expired when you change your reservation, it will be invalidated.

How do payments work/how do I get charged?

At the time of booking, a provisional hold will be made on your credit card's credit limit, and the final amount will be charged after your stay is completed.
When you make a reservation, your credit card credit limit is reserved and no charges will be incurred at this point. 
*It may appear that you have been charged multiple times for a single transaction, but please rest assured that you will only be charged and paid the final confirmed amount.

What is "3D Secure"?

3D Secure is an identity authentication system used to safely make credit card payments over the Internet, and prevents fraudulent use such as "spoofing."

 

When reserving a rental car at Uqey, you may be required to enter a one-time password. The one-time password will be sent to you by your credit card company via SMS (short message) or email, and you will need to enter the one-time password to authenticate yourself and complete the rental car reservation.

If you miss the return time without contacting us, it will be considered an unauthorized extension and you may be charged a late penalty.

What if I want to return the item earlier than scheduled?

Please return the item to the station you used. Fees for early return vary by store.

What should I do if I leave something behind or forget to turn off the lights after returning the item?

After use, the recovery digital key function (re-acquisition of the digital key) is available for up to one hour.

What should I do if my car breaks down? (If I can't move due to a flat tire, dead battery, etc.)

Please park your car in a safe place and then contact the store you are using.

What to do if an accident occurs?

In the unlikely event of an accident, park the car in a safe place and take the following steps immediately, while also following the instructions of the rental car company. If you do not take appropriate measures, you may be in violation of laws and regulations, or you may not be covered by the insurance compensation system set by the rental car company.

・Confirmation of the other party involved in the accident

・Contact the store you are using

*Once you have filed a police report, please take the necessary steps to obtain a traffic accident certificate.

When I renew or reissue my driver's license, do I need to change my membership information?
