How to get started
Just start the app and you can immediately search for areas and check vehicle models!
When you arrive at the station, open the Uqey app and tap "Key" at the bottom of the screen. When you press the "Start using" button on the screen, a digital key will be displayed and you will be able to open your car. For more details, please check the video and the PDF below.

How to Depart
As the method of retrieving your parcel varies depending on the station, please tap on the store where you made the reservation and check the retrieval method. For details, please check the video and the PDF below.

Return method
Please check that the gas tank is full, the lights are off, etc., then click "Start Return" and follow the instructions to return the vehicle. For more details, please check the video and the PDF below.
