Exit and entry procedures may vary depending on the station, so please check the instructions in the Uqey app or the leaflet inside the vehicle.
How to Depart
No procedures are required at the store. Please check your reservation details on the Uqey app and head directly to the station.
■Steps to take off your rental car
- 1 Launch the app and tap "Start using" on the "Key" screen.

Unlock the car using the app and check for scratches, dirt, etc.
*This may not be necessary at some rental car locations. Please follow the instructions in the app to start using the service.

Please contact the rental car company or insurance company. Contact information can be found in the app.
Return method
Please return the car with a full tank of gasoline. No procedures are required at the rental location. Please return the rental car to the designated return location.
■The process for returning a rental car
- 1 Launch the app and tap "Start using" on the "Key" screen.
- 2 Check the confirmation items displayed in the app.

This includes uploading fuel receipts and reporting scratches and dirt on the car.

Get out of the car and tap "Return".
*The usage fee will be automatically settled once the return process is complete.

Items to prepare
Fuel receipt
You may be required to provide a photo of your fuel receipt when returning the vehicle.
When returning the vehicle, please upload a photo of your fuel receipt following the instructions in the app.
■If you forget something
You can use the app to operate the keys again within one hour of returning the device. Please refer to the following document for instructions on how to operate the keys again.
