How to use Uqey

STEP 01
On the app and web
Membership RegistrationYou can register as a Uqey member either via the app or the web!
Fill in the required information and register as a member. Once you register your driver's license and credit card, you can make a reservation! You do not need to register as a member to check the price and vehicle type.

STEP 02
Make a Reservation
Find the station you want to reserve and set the departure and return date and time.
Select the vehicle type, insurance, compensation, and options if you need. Please check cancellation method. Select the payment method and confirm the reservation. A confirmation email will be sent to you later.

STEP 03
Start using the app
On the day, check in on the reserved car at the station. Unlock it using the app and head off!
Find your car at the station, tap “Start Using” on the Uqey app. From unlocking the car to starting the engine, all you need is your smartphone!
*The Uqey app must be downloaded to use the rental car service.

STEP 04
Complete the return with your smartphone
When you arrive at the station, check the confirmation on the app and complete the return.
With your smartphone, lock the car, take a picture of the refueling receipt, send it, and check the confirmation items. There is no procedure at the counter.
PRICE
Uqey is a free application.
All you need to pay is
the car rental fee!
No membership fee and monthly fee!
