How to use the Uqey app

STEP 01
Download app
Just start the app and you can immediately search for areas and check vehicle models!
Fill in the required information and register as a member. Once you register your driver's license and credit card, you can make a reservation right away!

STEP 02
Book a car
Find the station you want to reserve and set the departure and return date and time.
Select the vehicle model, insurance, compensation, and options. You can also check the cancellation method. Select the payment method and confirm the reservation. A confirmation email will be sent to you later.

STEP 03
Get started with just your smartphone
On the day, check the reserved car at the station. Unlock it with your smartphone and head off!
Once you have confirmed your car, tap "Start using" on the Uqey app. You can unlock the car and start the engine with just your smartphone! There is no need to go to the counter to receive explanations or fill out any paperwork.

STEP 04
Returning can also be completed through the app
Once you arrive at the station, simply check the required items in the app and return is complete.
Start the return procedure through the app. Lock the car through the app, take a photo of the fuel receipt with your smartphone and send it, then check the confirmation items to complete the return. There is no need to go through any procedures at the counter.
