Membership Registration

Membership is free of charge, both for registration and monthly fees. Please register by entering the required information on the reservation website or the Uqey app.
Credit card registration is required for reservations. Registering in advance on your My Page will allow for a smoother reservation process.
Please note that you can check prices and vehicle types without registering as a member.

Select the date, time, and vehicle type, and configure insurance and options as needed.
Once your reservation is complete, you will receive a reservation confirmation email.

Credit card registration is required to complete your reservation.

• Payment is by credit card (single payment). Debit cards and prepaid cards are not accepted.
• The supported card brands are Visa, MasterCard, JCB, AMEX, and Diners.

If someone other than the person who made the reservation will be driving, the additional driver must be registered.
Additional drivers must also download the app, register as members, and register their driver's licenses.

Departure and Use

Departure procedures are completed via the Uqey app, so no procedures at the rental location are required. Please follow the instructions in the app. Locking and unlocking the vehicle during your rental period are also done via the app.* In case of any problems such as vehicle breakdown or accident, please contact the rental car store or insurance company.

*Some vehicles require the car key to be used instead of the app.

Return

Please return the vehicle with a full tank of gasoline. The return process is handled through the Uqey app, so no in-store procedures are necessary. Please follow the instructions in the app. Payment will be completed via credit card upon completion of the return.

*Some vehicles require the car key to be used instead of the app.

• 2 Tap "Return Procedure" in the app.
• 3 Follow the instructions in the app to complete the procedure.

Fuel receipt

You may be required to provide a photo of your fuel receipt when returning the vehicle.

Please fill up the gas tank before returning the vehicle and keep the fuel receipt.
When returning the vehicle, please upload a photo of your fuel receipt following the instructions in the app.

■If you forget something

You can use the app to operate the keys again within one hour of returning the device. Please refer to the following document for instructions on how to operate the keys again.
